This year is soon coming to a close and there are so many things to be grateful for. Over the next two days challenge yourself to make a list of things you are grateful for that you have experienced in 2019. End the year in a positive mindset, without regret.
Happiness and Healthiness are linked. We do not gain happiness by seeking that which we do not have, that only leads to worry, stress, sadness, anger, or regret. We obtain happiness when we appreciate that which we already have. The happier you are, the healthier you tend to be.
Grateful people have better relationships, exercise more, get better sleep, are heart healthier, and even cope better in stressful conditions.
