Cardio and Conquer is a high-energy fitness class that infuses cardio dance and strengthening and toning routines. We use many forms of equipment, like resistance bands, weights, and sliders, to keep this class fun and functional for all abilities.
While at home , if you have your own equipment- great! If not, you can still do the class...not a problem!

Zumba is a fun cardio dance fitness class with sassy Latin rhythms to keep you moving and motivated in this fitness dance party format.
Pound is a super-fun, Pilates based, rock-star cardio workout that incorporates lightly weighted RipStix (a version of fitness drumsticks) to add a rhythmic flare to your workout.
While at home, you can use drumsticks or even wood spoons to represent RipStix... but you can do this class without them too
Barre class is a fun way to get a low-impact workout while still strengthening and toning every little muscle in your body. We use Yoga, Pilates, and ballet fundamentals to increase flexibility., improve balance, and of course, enhance inner strength as well as muscular strength.
While at home, you can use a chair or a counter top to provide the stability and support of the barre.
Strong Nation

Strong Nation is a total body workout where every move is perfectly synced to the beat. We will combine body weight, muscle conditioning, cardio and plyometric training moves to the music. Every squat & lunge is driven by the music, helping you make it to that last rep, and maybe... even five more. In each class, you will burn calories while toning arms, legs, abs and glutes. Plyometric moves like high knees are interchanged with isometric moves like squats.

Yoga
Instructor- Jessica Janowsky
Yoga is the practice of learning about yourself through the complimentary notions of effort & ease. We use mindful techniques to enhance your practice. Yoga is a holistic component to your fitness regimen. We integrate mind, body, and breath to strengthen muscles, improve balance posture and coordination, and gain greater range of moment. Through the practices of asana, breath work, and meditation you will also relive stress and tension.

HIIT, or High Intesnity Interval Training is an intesne workout which will have us doing repeated sets of targetd moves to either strength or promote cardio vascular health. Of course midifcation will be shown so everyone can work at their level.
