bootybarre utilizes a ballet barre for an amazing low-impact, high-results toning class.  It is based on the fundamentals of Yoga, Ballet, and Pilates. 

 

Yoga is the practice of learning about yourself through the complimentary notions of effort and ease.  We use mindful techniques to enhance your practice.  This is a holistic component of your fitness regimen as we integrate body, mind, and breath to relieve stress and muscle tension.  

Piloxing Barre is a high-energy class that fuses Kick Boxing techniques, Pilates toning, and Barre components.  You'll definitely feel the burn in this class. 

Yoga Strong is a fun and fast way to get amazingly strong.  We use traditional yoga moves at a faster pace and employ body-weight resistance techniques to get you strong and lean with low-impact exercises that are gentle on your joints.
