Cardio and Conquer is a high-energy fitness class that infuses cardio dance and strengthening and toning routines. We use many forms of equipment, like resistance bands, weights, and sliders, to keep this class fun and functional for all abilities.

Gentle Stretch/Yoga is a twice weekly morning practice geared for people who want to improve muscle tone, range of motion, or balance/coordination. This class is especially mindful of people with injuries or who need a gentler practice.

Strong by Zumba (R)-
Don’t let the words “by Zumba” fool you. This is no dance class! STRONG is a total body workout where every move is perfectly synced to the beat. We will combine body weight, muscle conditioning, cardio and plyometric training moves to the music. Every squat & lunge is driven by the music, helping you make it to that last rep, and maybe... even five more. In each class, you will burn calories while toning arms, legs, abs and glutes. Plyometric moves like high knees are interchanged with isometric moves like squats.
